APMA IBD coalition is a selective group of 30 IBD experts from Asia Pacific, Middle East and African countries. Happy to share that Dr Kiran Peddi was invited to be part of this elite group for second time. It was a great academic meeting at Taipei, Taiwan from 26th 28th October 2023. Dr Kiran Peddi Involved in consensus framing on management of Ulcerative Colitis, Moderated a panel discussion and learnt basics of Intestinal Ultrasound with an aim to develop this special, an upcoming and very promising tool. Usually abdominal ultrasound is good for only solid organs. But with this technique, one can analyse intestinal abnormalities as well.
